This salad was excellent! I've been using the leftover za'atar crispies on everything - bean bowls, other salads, avocado toast, etc - and the dressing is definitely a new go-to.
I've used a variety of brands when it comes to preserved lemons (plus, make my own during the winter, but those are usually gone by late spring). Brands I've used and like: Moulin Mahjoub, Belazu (their smoky harissa is also GREAT!), and Villa Jerada. NYSHUK also sells preserved lemon paste, which is nice if you're in a hurry, but I prefer having whole preserved lemons to control the dice (I like a little bit of texture) and utilize the salted brine.
Hi! Did that farro and lentil salad recipe ever go out? Or did I somehow miss it in my inbox? Loving everything you’ve sent out so far - thanks!

The crispies are my favorite! So happy to hear you loved the salad. I can't wait to make it with tomatoes once summer hits.
